In May 2019, Study One (Systematic Review) was predominantly completed. Study Two was underway with interviews and focused groups being conducted. Study Three had not commenced. Therefore, this MPhil includes findings from Study One (Systematic Review) only. The systematic review for Thomas’s PhD was part of a larger overarching systematic review. As part of his candidature, Thomas contributed to all aspects of the larger systematic review, including conception and design; data extraction, analysis and interpretation; and drafting significant parts of the manuscripts. His significant contribution up until May 2019, warranted authorship on the five manuscripts arising from the systematic review.
