Lake Macquarie City Council: our future working arrangements project funding and opportunities

The University of Newcastle was appointed by Council to undertake a review of potential future working arrangements. This report sets out the findings and recommendations from a review of potential future working arrangements with a range of staff from the administration building in workshops and focus groups at Lake Macquarie City Council. The review was in the light of the ‘new normal’ for local government, increased flexible and remote working post the Covid-19 pandemic and in the context of the refurbishment of Council’s administration building.
