A total of 204 cases of malignant lymphomas were recorded during a 5-year period in Zambia. The age and sex distribution is reported. Lymphosarcoma was the commonest type (32%) followed by reticulosarcoma (25%) and Burkitt's lymphoma (21%). Hodgkin's was the the least common lymphoma encountered in Zambia. The results are compared with similar reports from elsewhere.
