The dataset consists of pre- and post-coaching quantitative assessments of organisational leaders obtained between 2016-2019 predominately located in Australia relating to the constructs emotional intelligence, leadership self-efficacy, open-mindedness, leadership behaviour and overall effectiveness. Extent: One file, MS Excel format containing 308 rows and 265 columns of data. This research was supported by an Australian Government Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarship.
