This document consists of supplementary tables and figures from the study “A life course approach to the relationship between fetal growth and hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-axis function”. We are grateful to the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) and the Telethon Kids Institute for their longstanding funding and support of the study over the last 30 years.
