The Lights o' London (poster)

A famous melodrama of 1881 by George Sims, with a particularly realistic scene in the Borough Market, London, shown here. It was one of Wilson Barrett's most successful productions during his management of the Princess's 1881-1886. This, however, is a much later touring poster probably dating from about 1910.
